Ryan joined FPA in 2011. As Head of Distribution he is responsible for client relations, business development, and investment strategy enhancement and development for the Firm. From 2008 until 2011, he was an analyst at Morningstar, where he covered preeminent absolute value and multi-asset class mutual fund managers. Prior to joining Morningstar, Ryan was an associate at the law firm of Clifford & Brown. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific.
