Jon Cusa*

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Jon joined FPA in 2024 to focus on business development within the institutional channel. In these efforts, Jon works closely with institutional consultants, family offices, direct DB/DC plans, national account platforms and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining FPA, Jon spent approximately 5 years working as a Relationship Manager and Product Specialist for Vontobel Asset Management and its subsidiary, TwentyFour Asset Management. Additionally, he has roughly 20 years’ experience working for various institutional consultants and bank platforms providing manager research and investment advisory services. Jon graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
