Principal, Chief Financial Officer

Lake joined FPA in 2005. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for senior accounting, financial reporting and administrative tasks relating to FPA, mutual funds, private funds, and institutional advisory accounts under management. Before joining FPA, Lake served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Inflective Asset Management, LLC. He was previously Vice President and Controller of Transamerica Investment Management, LLC, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Alta Residential Mortgage, Inc., Vice President and Controller of Southern Pacific Bank, and Audit Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Lake earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.
