Cynthia Petrossian
Vice President, Senior Human Resources Generalist
Cynthia joined FPA in 2018. She is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations for the human resources department. Prior to joining FPA, Cynthia worked in Sydney, Australia as a Placement Consultant, where she trained and placed international graduate students in career-focused internships. Her prior experience includes a range of positions within the education sector, with an emphasis on recruitment, management, training and development, and career development programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
