As of December 31, 2022, the Fund’s subsidized/unsubsidized 30-day SEC standardized yield (“SEC Yield”) was 1.08%/1.03% respectively. The SEC Yield calculation is an annualized measure of the Fund’s dividend and interest payments for the last 30 days, less Fund expenses.
